Our Branding Methods

A design is cut out of coloured vinyl and then heat-pressed onto the fabric. Works well for bold shapes, numbers, names, and lettering.

  • Durable & vibrant: holds up well after multiple washes
  • Great for small orders: cost-effective for one-off or small orders, like uniforms or names/numbers
  • Crisp, clean look: solid colours with sharp edges that stand out clearly
  • Versatile: can be applied to various materials

The design is digitally printed with adhesive (glue) onto a transfer sheet. This is then applied to the garment using a heat press, bonding the design to the fabric.

  • Detailed, full-colour: perfect for logos with gradients, fine lines, or multiple colours
  • Flexible: transfers can be stored and applied later, wherever needed
  • Cost-effective for mixed designs: a gang sheet allows different logos/designs to be printed together
  • Durable: bonds strongly and withstands repeated washing

Logos and designs are stitched directly onto the garment using coloured threads.

  • Professional, premium look: adds texture and dimension, often used for corporate uniforms, caps, and polos
  • Extremely durable: stitching withstands heavy wear and repeated washing
  • Perceived value: embroidery tends to elevate the brand image compared to prints
  • Long-lasting: colours stay strong over time without fading

Ink is pressed through a mesh screen stencil onto the garment. Each colour requires a separate screen.

  • Bold & vibrant: produces strong, long-lasting prints that stand out
  • Cost-effective for bulk orders: once screens are set up, printing large volumes is efficient and affordable
  • Durability: ink sits on top of the fabric, creating a long-wearing design
  • Versatile: works on everything from t-shirts to tote bags to large promotional items
